How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours (it can take up to 3 days). Delivery then takes 7–15 business days, depending on where you are. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Where do you ship?

The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Taxes and customs fees are covered, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the package. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or see Track your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email support@evenseat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We reply within 3–5 business days and will replace or refund it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. Returns are for orders that arrive defective, damaged or wrong. Please check the product details before you order.
